This ensures that your personal data is not retained beyond the necessary period.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  1. Initial Negotiation: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations.

  2. Binding Arbitration: If a resolution cannot be reached, any disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Puerto Rico or Pennsylvania, as determined by OS Financial LLC.

  3. No Class Actions: All claims must be brought in the parties’ individual capacities, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.
